When using PayPal as your payment method, SpeedWorld Hobbies checkout system will automatically redirect you to PayPal after you complete your checkout process. From there, simply follow the steps to finalize payment for your order.
Back Order Products
SpeedWorld does not back-order products if they are out of stock. Our inventory is a live feed and is approximately 98.5% accurate.
Out of Stock Product
If SpeedWorld Hobbies is out of stock on an item, you will not be able to place an order for that product through our website system. Please wait until the item is back in stock or call us at 916-218-2153 for availability information.
You may also contact us to request a special order for the item. All special orders are paid for at the time of ordering.
Over Charged from quantity mishap
If any item in your order is found to be short in quantity or unavailable after payment has been completed, a refund will be credited back to your original payment method before package goes out from the warehouse to the carrier.
Occasionally, inventory discrepancies or damaged items may occur that are beyond our control. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Shipping Charges or Over Charged for Shipping during check out
SpeedWorld Hobbies carefully reviews shipping costs on all invoice orders before packages are shipped.
Occasionally, the shipping system may calculate incorrect dimensions or weights, or incorrect information may accidentally be entered into the system, resulting in higher-than-normal shipping charges. If you notice an unusually high shipping cost on your order, please do not hesitate to call us at 916-218-2153 for assistance.
The good news is that SpeedWorld Hobbies also always checks for shipping discrepancies before processing your shipment. If we find that you were overcharged for shipping after payment has already been made, we will notify you and issue a credit for the difference when processing your shipment.
Even if the shipping charge is only a few dollars higher than it should be and still appears reasonable, SpeedWorld Hobbies will still issue a credit for the overcharged amount. We believe in fair and honest pricing for all of our customers.
