Back-Order Policy
SpeedWorld Hobbies does not back-order products that are out of stock.
SpeedWorld Hobbies does not maintain back orders. If the item becomes available again, a new order must be placed.
Out of Stock Items / Inventory discrepancy
SpeedWorld Hobbies does not charge customers for items that are out of stock. If an item is unavailable when your order is processed, it will not be backordered or ordered without your approval. Any out-of-stock item will be removed from the order, and you will only be charged for the products that are available and shipped.
There may be rare occasions when an item shows in stock but is unavailable when your order is processed. If this occurs, the item will not be placed on back order.
Any out-of-stock item will be removed from your order, and you will be refunded for that product before your package ships from our facility.
Our inventory system operates on a live feed and is approximately 98.5% accurate. If an item is shown as out of stock, it cannot be ordered through our website at that time.
Because our inventory updates continuously, we recommend checking back regularly for product availability, as stock levels can change throughout the day.

If the item is not currently available, you may request a special order. All special-order items must be prepaid in full at the time the order is placed.
Over Charged from quantity mishap
If any item in your order is found to be short in quantity or unavailable after payment has been completed, a refund will be credited back to your original payment method before package goes out of our facility.
Occasionally, inventory discrepancies or damaged items may occur that are beyond our control. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
