Shipping Information
Shipment Dead-Line:
All shipments will be shipped out the same day if the order is received by 2:00 PM MST, Monday through Thursday, unless it falls on a holiday.
Your tracking number will be sent electronically by the end of the business day. In some cases, packages may ship the following business day depending on order volume, inventory processing, or carrier pickup schedules.
International Shipments: 
SpeedWorld Hobbies does not ship Internationally.
Puerto Rico Shipments:
All P.R. orders will be shipped by UPS 2-Day or USPS Priority Mail unless the customer selects a different shipping option.
If faster delivery service is needed beyond the standard 3–5 business day timeframe, please call us for additional shipping pricing and availability. Shipping costs may vary depending on package size and weight.
Shipping Charges or Over Charged for Shipping during check out
SpeedWorld Hobbies carefully reviews shipping costs on all invoice orders before packages are shipped out of our facility.
Occasionally, the shipping system may calculate incorrect dimensions or weights, or incorrect information may accidentally be entered into the system, resulting in higher than normal shipping charges.
If you notice an unusually high shipping cost on your order, please do not hesitate to call us at 916-218-2153 for assistance.
Keep in mind, the big and lighter the product is, the more exspensive the shipping cost will be.
The good news is that SpeedWorld Hobbies also always checks for shipping discrepancies before processing your shipment. If we find that you were overcharged for shipping after payment has already been made, we will notify you and issue a credit for the difference when processing your shipment.
Fair Shipping Pricing Policy
Even if the shipping charge is only a few dollars higher than the actual cost and added service charges, but is still appears reasonable, SpeedWorld Hobbies will issue a credit for any overcharged amount.
We believe in providing fair, honest, and accurate shipping rates to all of our customers. If an error occurs and you are charged more than the actual shipping cost and added charges, the difference will be refunded to you before your order is shipped from our facility.
All USA Shipments:
All USA shipments purchased from SpeedWorld Hobbies include FREE shipping insurance coverage up to $50.00 for packages that are lost or damaged during transit by the delivery carrier.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the courier company, SpeedWorld Hobbies is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery has been completed.
Any package that does NOT require a customer signature during checkout will not be covered by SpeedWorld Hobbies for lost or stolen packages during or after delivery at any time.
For all packages valued over $50.00, it is the customer’s responsibility to request and purchase additional shipping insurance coverage to protect against loss or damage during transit.
To add additional insurance coverage to your shipment, customers must contact a SpeedWorld Hobbies representative directly at 916-218-2153 for pricing and insurance setup details.
Once a package has been delivered by the courier service used by the customer delivery pick during check out, SpeedWorld Hobbies, damage claims are limited to the standard $50.00 insurance coverage unless additional insurance was purchased by the customer prior to shipment.
Shipping Pricing:
All shipments sent from SpeedWorld Hobbies are based on current parcel carrier pricing rates and pick up fees.
As a smaller company, our shipping rates may sometimes vary compared to larger companies that receive high-volume shipping discounts.
