         Special Order Policy

• All special orders requested will be sent in an email to [email protected], info that will include manufacture's part number and quantity you're requesting.
   Also, will include the address and phone number that the package will be sent to.
• All special orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.
• Any cancelled special order UNDER $100.00 will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• If any processing or refund fees are charged to SpeedWorld Hobbies during the refund process, those fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Refund processing fees will not exceed $5.00.
• Any special order OVER $100.01 not including tax is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CANCELLABLE once the order has been placed. 
  
• In some cases, SpeedWorld Hobbies may be able to cancel a special order before it has been processed or shipped by the manufacturer/distributor. We will do our best to assist with the cancellation request whenever possible.
• If the special order can be successfully cancelled before processing, the customer will receive a refund minus any payment processing fees that were charged from the original pre-payment transaction.
  
  

Return Authorization Required

Before sending any product back to SpeedWorld Hobbies, you must contact us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and for ensuring that the package arrives safely. SpeedWorld Hobbies is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

If the return is the result of an error made by SpeedWorld Hobbies, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide instructions for the return process.
